Service Description

In this modern/ contemporary class students are expected to hone into their inner conscious mind and allow its expression to spill onto the dance floor. Cassidy will be giving the class a directive piece of choreography that you will be encouraged to take wherever you want it to lead you. Improvisation will be a key component of this class and will truly guide you to finding yourself through the liberation of movement.
