This is a creative movement/contemporary style class with a little…. let’s say Sophie flare. With her background in modern dance and stylized hip hop such as ticking and funk, students can expect an inspiring combination of the two styles. This class will focus on creative movement that comes from the soul and encourage students to really get “in your feels”. To honor feelings such as happiness, despair, grief - all of it! This will hold space for you to feel the music and tap into what your soul is longing to express.
